Highlight Beauty ships Australia wide. Our expected delivery timeframes are subject to the delivery timeframes as provided by Sendle's handling and distribution process. 

- Our standard post flat rate of $8.95 applies to all orders. 
- Our express post flat rate of $13.95 applies to all orders.  

Sendle's standard insurance covers up to $100 of your order value if it is lost or damaged in the post. 

All standard postage parcels are delivered within 7-14 days of sale.

Please remember that if you order on a Monday, we have five working days to facilitate a speedy dispatch, whereas when you order outside working hours on a Friday, your order will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

If we are experiencing shipping delays, we will note the expected delivery timeframe on your product listing online. Please be aware that events like national pandemics, high demand, and public restrictions can delay the delivery of your order.

If you are providing a business address, please indicate the company name. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the parcel may be left at the premises or will be delivered to your nearest pick up location and a card will be left directing you with alternate pick up options. If the parcel is left at the premises, we cannot accept liability on behalf of Sendle, so please provide the best address with the safest point of delivery.

In the event that the ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund of your original payment.
